Bazola here!

I am always making a lot of prototypes to find out if a game will be fun before investing a lot of time into it. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but rather just a small sample of game prototypes for you to play.

Please send me and email and let me know if you like any of these games! I will definitely consider your feedback when deciding the next game I should program.

You Are The Aliens

I made You Are The Aliens for the first annual libGDX game jam in January 2016. The game jam was awesome because it had a one month deadline instead of the usual shorter ones. Since I was already skilled with libGDX, I made the core gameplay quickly and then worked on polishing the game for most of the remaining three weeks.

The game is an RTS in the Majesty style where you do not have direct control over your aliens. Instead you place flags on the map to tell them where to go. The AI was made using the gdx-ai library, which is awesome and open source.

Super VoxelCity

Super VoxelCity is a fun little game I put together as a way to learn the basics of the Unity game engine. The goal of the game is to pick up the green orbs hidden around the map. The more of them you get, the faster you can run and the further you can jump. Make sure to hold shift to activate run.

Currently I am working out performance and controls issues, but if I can solve those problems, I will one day release this game for iOS and Android.

Trading Is Feudal

Trading Is Feudal is an experimental trading and strategy MMO that is playable in the browser. You wander around the world buying and selling goods, and building things that generate goods to sell. Eventually you can learn spells that you can use to steal land from your opponents or even destroy their buildings.

I have working builds for iOS and Android for this game, but I have not released it because I am concerned about server costs. But please give the game a try and let me know what you think!
